J.B. Simko is Vice President of U.S. International Affairs and Chief U.S. Underage Prevention Officer at Philip Morris International U.S. With more than 20 years of experience at PMI, he has held senior roles spanning law, regulatory policy, public affairs, and litigation, including serving as Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Litigation. Simko began his legal career as a litigation attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon before joining PMI in 2001. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
